‘MyWellBeingShelf’ is a web-based repository of self-help materials such as videos, infographics, and worksheets, which users can access and utilize the resources by viewing on the web or downloading the infographics and worksheets. These are aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and providing self-help techniques for maintaining wellbeing of students. It also contains a gallery of photographs of events and an announcement section for current events for youth to participate in.
‘MyWellBeingShelf’ was developed jointly by NIMHANS and E-Health Research Centre IIITB, with funding support from ICMR for the above-mentioned implementation project. The resources offered on ‘MyWellBeingShelf’ are based on the contributions from 8 sites where this implementation project is being conducted ( Karnataka, Maharashtra, Kerala, Rajasthan, Delhi, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar)
